Additionally, Pauline volunteers as a French tutor and translator, showcasing their communication skills. Pauline's educational background includes a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Engineering in Food Science - Research and Development specialty from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers.
