Katsuko Sugiyama

Katsuko 賀津子 Sugiyama 杉山 is an accomplished associate consultant at LIW - Leading Initiatives Worldwide and serves as an on-call facilitator for the Center for Creative Leadership. With extensive experience as an executive coach for the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership and a training facilitator for the NeuroLeadership Institute, Katsuko also has a long-standing role as a consultant, trainer, and business coach at MCML Consulting Services. As a leadership coach with The Gratitude Network, Katsuko leverages a rich background in financial services, previously working as vice president at Brown Brothers Harriman where a significant increase in assets under custody was achieved through strong client relationships. Additional expertise includes product management at AdvisorTech Corporation and organizational development consulting at Action for Results, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University and various certifications in intercultural development.
