Patricia Villanova

Patricia Villanova is an accomplished HR professional and talent manager with extensive experience in human resources, coaching, and education. Currently serving as HR Talent Manager for EMEA at SIMON, Patricia focuses on talent selection, training, and program development. In addition to this role, Patricia works as a tutor and mentor for the ESADE Program in HR Digitalization and contributes as a collaborative lecturer at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Previous positions include Human Capital Director at Raona, People Development Manager at CINESA, and various other roles related to talent development and coaching. Patricia holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in HR from EADA Business School and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Universitat Ramon Llull, and has pursued additional training in areas such as mindfulness, strategic labor relations, and mentoring.
