Erik Andersson

Erik Andersson has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Erik began their career as a Maintenance Worker at Madison Community Pool Corporation in 2009. In 2012, they moved to North Jersey Bomanite as a Foreman, then to Highland Development as an Assistant Project Manager in 2017. In the same year, they were an Assistant Project Manager at Skanska, before moving to North Jersey Bomanite again as a Project Manager in 2018. In 2019, they became a Construction Manager at Toll Brothers, and in 2021 they are currently the Manager of Planning & Logistics at Simple Homes, as well as a Construction Manager and Customer Success Manager. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the logistics and supply chain operations, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Erik has also been responsible for day to day activity, client & owner relationship, logistics, and equipment & material tracking, as well as assuring quality and schedule were met while working directly with subcontractors.

Erik Andersson attended Madison High School from 2008 to 2013 and then Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management.
