Lisbeth McGonegal is the current Director of People & Culture at Simplex Health. Lisbeth has been with the company for over five years, and in their current position, they are responsible for driving an engaging culture, staffing the right people, and supporting the team for continued growth. Prior to their current position, Lisbeth was the People and Culture Manager at Simplex Health, where they were responsible for implementing the vision and mission of Simplex Health.

Lisbeth also has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Colorado Technical University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the same school.
