Sarika Batra

Sarika Batra is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment and leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at SimplifyVMS since February 2021, Sarika previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Leader at Alpha Fortress Private Limited from January 2019 to October 2020. As the Founder and Director of MapIT Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. from October 2009 to May 2015, Sarika demonstrated significant entrepreneurial skills in the consulting industry.
