Erica Gillis

Erica Gillis has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Customer Activation Manager for Woolworths at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd since December 2017. Previous roles at Simplot Australia include Assistant Brand Manager for Frozen Potato, Food Technologist for Sauces, Seafood & Plant-Based Meats, and Graduate Food Technologist for Sauces & Meals, along with an internship. Earlier experience includes working as a Staff Member at The Crepe Box from October 2012 to December 2016. Erica holds a Mini MBA in Brand Management from Marketing Week, completed in December 2023, and a dual degree in Food Science and Technology and Business Management from RMIT University, obtained in 2018, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Technological University Dublin in 2017. Erica's educational foundation was established at Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2014.
