Karen Ross

Karen Ross is currently serving as the Area Sales Manager at Simply Asset Finance since November 2022, offering alternative finance solutions that extend beyond traditional metrics such as balance sheets and credit ratings. In addition, Karen is the President of Ayrshire Business Women, an affiliate of the Association of Scottish Businesswomen, which has been operational since 1994. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Sales Consultant and Business Development Consultant at White Oak UK from June 2016 to November 2022, and as a Recruitment Consultant in the oil and gas and IT sectors from May 2013 to May 2016, where responsibilities included attracting and placing candidates with client companies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Coach at Teleperformance from September 2011 to May 2013.
