Roumena Goscomb

Roumena Goscomb has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel at Simply Asset Finance since March 2018, where responsibilities include Legal and HR oversight. Prior to this role, Roumena held various positions at Close Brothers from January 2015 to March 2018, including Head of Legal and HR, and Legal Counsel, focusing on commercial and financial legal matters. Roumena's experience also includes serving as Legal Counsel for Network Rail from November 2013 to December 2014, advising on commercial transactions for several routes. Earlier in Roumena's career, a substantial tenure at Slaughter and May from August 2003 to October 2013 included roles in the Finance Group and the International Relations team, handling complex banking and corporate finance transactions.
