Michael Goldberg

Michael Goldberg is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Simply Business since April 2018, overseeing legal and compliance functions and contributing to the Executive Management Team and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Michael worked at The Boston Consulting Group for over a decade, holding various positions including Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities included leading teams in Europe, managing disputes, employment practices, and compliance with data privacy and cyber security regulations. Michael began their career at Winston & Strawn LLP as an Associate and also held a role at Bank of America in public relations. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
