Cari Fisher

Cari Fisher has worked at various companies in legal and corporate governance roles. Cari began their career as a Workers' Compensation Paralegal at Vandeventer Black LLP from November 2003 to October 2005. Cari then worked as a Legal Assistant at Wolcott Rivers Gates from October 2005 to March 2011. At Liberty Tax Service, they served as an Executive Assistant and Legal Administration Coordinator from March 2011 to April 2014, and later as a Senior Financial Analyst and Investor Relations from April 2014 to March 2015. From April 2015 to January 2019, Cari worked as a Governance Specialist and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Brink's. Cari then joined MongoDB as a Senior Corporate Paralegal from September 2018 to April 2020. Currently, Cari is the Director of Legal - Corporate Governance and Securities Law & Corporate Secretary at Simpson Strong-Tie, a position they have held since November 2019.

Cari Fisher holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from Strayer University. Cari also has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Legal Studies from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ESG Leadership from Diligent in August 2023 and Climate Leadership from Diligent in October 2022.
