Chris Trim

Chris Trim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and facilities management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP since September 2022, Chris proactively manages Back Office support and real estate matters for the firm's London operation. Previous roles include Global Head of Facilities Management at Schroders, overseeing real estate and service provision for 37 locations worldwide, and Head of Operations at CMS Cameron McKenna, where Chris successfully led significant integration projects and operational transformations. With a strong foundation in contract management, project management, and client relations, Chris has consistently delivered strategic oversight and financial ownership throughout a robust career spanning over two decades. Chris holds a B.A. (Hons) from St David's University, Lampeter.
