Luke George

Luke George is an experienced multiskilled maintenance engineer with a strong electrical bias, currently employed at Simpsons Malt Limited since September 2022. Prior to this role, Luke worked as an electrical maintenance engineer at Clays, providing reactive and preventative maintenance on various printing machinery. Previous experience includes contract work as an electrical technician at Traymaster Limited and roles in electrical design and project engineering for the oil and gas industry at Specialised Management Services Ltd and Tyco Fire & Integrated Solutions (UK) Ltd. Luke began a career in electrical engineering in 2010 at MSI Defence Systems Limited, focusing on naval weapon systems. Early career experience includes training as an electrical trainee at Lintott Control Systems and working as a sheet metal fabricator at Environair Systems Limited. Luke holds a Higher National Diploma and an ONC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from City College Norwich.
