Denisse Leon

Denisse Leon serves as the VP, Business Development and Physician Enterprise Strategy at Sinai Chicago. Her responsibility includes the execution of all business development and overall growth strategies across the enterprise. Denisse Leon has honed an impressive career over 28 years as an RN and subsequently as an executive healthcare leader, aligning physicians in building long-lasting relationships, increasing loyalty and retention, and overall success in growing the business.

Denisse has had many leadership roles working at Tenet Healthcare, Humboldt Park Health, and Saint Anthony Hospital. Denisse is a passionate leader with exceptional interpersonal skills engaging physicians and community partners to align with the organization. Denisse also has extensive experience as a nurse leader, where she held roles as the Interim Chief Nursing Officer. Denisse has a passion for serving safety-net hospitals and the most vulnerable populations.
