Viqri Nuril A

Viqri Nuril A is a Quality Control Specialist at Sinar Baja Electric, Indonesia's largest speaker manufacturer, since July 2021. In this role, Viqri ensures that all products meet customer specifications through ISO parameters and is responsible for addressing customer complaints related to product quality by utilizing analytical methods such as 5 Whys and FMEA. Previous experience includes working as a Network Performance Engineer and Customer Care Representative at Pasifik Satelit Nusantara, where responsibilities involved managing customer complaints and ensuring the smooth operation of telecommunication services. Additionally, Viqri contributed to renewable energy research for charging phones using Dye Sensitized Solar Cells at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences. Viqri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Telkom University, earned in 2014.
