Lynette Leong

Lynette Leong is an accomplished leader in the real estate and sustainability sectors, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University, since June 2017. Lynette's extensive experience includes serving as CEO of ESG Funds & Stewardship and Chief Sustainability Officer of CapitaLand, where significant initiatives included launching the 2030 CapitaLand Sustainability Master Plan and the CapitaLand Sustainability X Challenge. Further leadership roles at CapitaLand include CEO of CapitaLand Commercial and CapitaLand Commercial Trust Management Ltd, where Lynette oversaw substantial growth and innovation, such as the development of co-working spaces and the integration of sustainability best practices across operations. Lynette's earlier experience includes key positions at Ascendas and LaSalle Investment Management, with a strong foundation in real estate from prestigious educational institutions, including the National University of Singapore. Recognized for contributions to the public sector, Lynette was conferred the Public Service Medal in 2021.
