Chin Kai Ong

Chin Kai ONG has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Chin kai began their career as a Photojournalist at The Straits Times in 2003. Chin kai then transitioned into the aviation industry, working at SIA Engineering Company as a Director and Manager in various departments, including Customer Service, Line Maintenance, and HR. In 2010, they took on the role of HR Manager at Aircraft Maintenance Services Australia, a subsidiary of SIAEC. From 2011 to 2012, they served as Deputy General Manager at Jamco Aero Design Engineering. In 2015, they joined Changi Airport Group as a Senior Manager in Terminal 5 Planning and Airport Operations Planning. Chin kai later moved on to Republic Polytechnic in 2017, where they worked as an Associate Lecturer until 2020. Currently, ONG holds the position of Vice President at Singapore Post Ltd, where they have been involved in various roles including Delivery Operations, Account Management, and Singapore Operations.
