Alvin Foo

Alvin Foo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, marketing, and operations across multiple industries, including media, technology, and finance. Currently serving as VP and Head of Group Strategy at SPH Media, Alvin is a member of the Executive Leadership Team, overseeing teams in Strategy & Transformation, Data Science & Engineering, and Business Insights. Previous roles include VP and Head of the Consumer Division at SPH Media, where responsibility for the consumer business's P&L and profitable growth was emphasized, as well as Director of Sales Strategy & Operations for APAC at LinkedIn and Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations for APAC at Netflix. Alvin began the career as a Consultant at Bain & Company and has held various leadership roles in business development and marketing strategy at companies such as Grab and KV Asia Capital. Alvin holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and has a strong foundation in macroeconomic analysis from an earlier role as an Economist at the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
