Alan Lam

Alan Lam is an accomplished executive with significant experience in global operations and IT services. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Operations at SingTel since February 2009, Alan Lam oversees provisioning, service management, project management, and delivery of ICT services for enterprise customers, managing a workforce of over 2,800 employees. Previously, Alan Lam held IT Director roles at Hewlett-Packard from October 2005 to December 2008, where responsibilities included the operations delivery of IT infrastructure and network services globally, supporting major IT transformation programs. Alan Lam holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Data Communication and Networking from the Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Honors) from the University of Toronto.
