Andrew Sheridan has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Director at the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman since May 2018. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at Optus from January 1998, including Vice President of Regulatory & Public Affairs and Head of Economic Regulation & Interconnect. Andrew's career began at Cable & Wireless Communications as a Commercial Manager (March 1996 - December 1997) and at Coopers & Lybrand as a Manager (August 1988 - March 1996). Andrew obtained a Master of Arts in Modern History from the University of St Andrews between 1984 and 1988.
