Jae Kelsey

Jae Kelsey serves as the Human Resources Director and Executive Assistant at Sioux Falls Area Humane Society, responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including benefits, recruitment, and employee relations. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Talent Coordinator at Midcontinent, where improvements to the onboarding process were identified, and as a Business Intelligence Analyst at First Bank & Trust, where data analysis and report automation were key responsibilities. Jae also has experience as an Internal Audit and Accounting Intern at Missouri River Energy Services and as a Pharmacy Technician with Brothers Pharmacy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Sioux Falls and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Business/Managerial Economics from South Dakota State University.
