Customer Service Team Lead at SIRCLO

Ade Rohman has work experience in the field of customer service and customer experience. In 2019, they started working at PT VADS Indonesia as a Customer Engagement Champion and continued until October 2020. During the same period, they also worked at Bukalapak as part of their Customer Experience team. In November 2021, Ade Rohman joined SIRCLO as a Jr. Customer Service Executive.

Ade Rohman obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition, they earned the EFSET English Certificate with a score of 67 out of 100 from EF English First in July 2021.
