Gilang Muhamad has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Gilang started their career as an Organizational Development Intern at Toyota Astra Motor in 2017, where they assisted in day-to-day tasks and was involved in job analysis and interview guideline creation. In 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Development Intern at the Central Bank of Indonesia. During this internship, they gained experience in HR development processes.

In the same year, Gilang joined GOJEK as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where they assisted in recruitment processes and was involved in campaign projects. Gilang later became a Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Intelligence, responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and involved in various recruitment improvement projects.

In 2019, Gilang worked as a People Partner at STOQO, a B2B platform. In this role, they were responsible for strategic HR planning to build and structure teams as the company scaled.

From 2020 to 2021, Gilang joined Samsung Electronics. Gilang initially worked as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, handling end-to-end recruitment processes, managing HR systems, and leading recruitment for the management trainee program. Later, they transitioned into an HR Business Partner role, where they were responsible for the employee life-cycle processes and supported change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

In 2021, Gilang joined Lemonilo as a People Partner. Gilang'sresponsibilities included managing end-to-end employee life-cycle processes, developing retention strategies, and serving as an HR correspondent for employees and teams.

Most recently, in 2022, Gilang started working at SIRCLO as an HR Business Partner.

Gilang Muhamad completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Indonesia from 2014 to 2018. Gilang then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Gilang also obtained several certifications related to HR, including "Become an HR Business Partner," "HR and Digital Transformation," and "People Analytics" from LinkedIn in various months of 2020.
