Pandu Kinasis has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Quality Control Inspector at PT. Daisen Wood Frame, where they inspected raw materials for consistency and integrity. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. as a Micro Credit Analyst, verifying data of prospective customers, and later as a Teller, serving banking transactions. In 2018, they joined PT. Sprint Asia Technology as a Business Development Officer, responsible for setting long-term targets and strategies. Pandu then worked as an IT Support Specialist at RUMAH SAKIT AN-NISA Tangerang in 2019, ensuring the normal functioning of user computers. In 2020, they held two positions simultaneously: IT & Logistic at Wirawan Batik and IT Support Specialist at PT. PUTRA WINDU TRIJAYA, where they managed stock of goods and controlled e-commerce platforms. Since 2018, Pandu has also been the Founder of DistroAnakMuda.id. Currently, they are employed as a Tech Support at SIRCLO, a technology company specializing in e-commerce solutions. Their responsibilities include timely response to service issues and requests.

Pandu Kinasis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Global Institute of Technology and Business, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Pandu Kinasis has obtained several certifications, including an Information Security Management System (ISMS) Internal Audit Training Course from Lemti Unindo Inovasi in August 2021. Pandu also completed courses in Introduction to Data Science with R from DQLab in February 2021, and MasterClass: How to become a professional in Digital Marketing from Genius Marketing Indonesia in December 2020. Furthermore, Pandu Kinasis has acquired various other certifications in subjects such as Agile Management for Product Manager, Data Science & Machine Learning with Python, Data Science Python, Digital Marketing Strategy, Learning Python, Python for Data Visualization, Micro Credit Analysis, MikroTik Certified Network Administrator (MTCNA), and Teller Intermediate, all obtained between 2010 and 2021.
