Callie Sigal Mattson

Callie Sigal Mattson has a diverse background in various roles, starting with their current position as Co-Head of ESG & Impact Strategy at Reporting 21 by Sirsa since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, ESG & Impact Strategy - East at Reporting 21 by Sirsa from May 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Reporting 21 by Sirsa, Callie worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Global Sector Manager from April 2019 to May 2022.

Callie gained experience at Strategy&, where they held the position of Manager from July 2018 to April 2019, and Senior Associate from September 2015 to June 2018.

In 2014, they worked as a Summer Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel.

Earlier in their career, Callie worked at Analysis Group as an Analyst and Senior Analyst from August 2007 to June 2012.

Callie Sigal Mattson holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Callie also has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Additionally, Callie completed their undergraduate studies at Tufts University, earning a B.A. with a double major in Economics and History. Callie furthered their academic pursuits by studying as a visiting student at the University of Oxford, where they focused on History and Philosophy. Callie's secondary education was completed at The Loomis Chaffee School. In terms of certifications, they hold a Michigan State Bar License granted by the State Bar of Michigan.
