Engin Kurban has over 25 years of extensive experience in the glass manufacturing and electrical industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager and Decoration Center Manager at Şişecam since October 2003, Engin Kurban is responsible for optimizing the printing facility's operations, budget management, and ensuring efficient supply chain processes. Previous roles include Quality Manager, Quality Director, and Chief of Cold End Operations, focusing on quality assurance, ISO systems management, and customer relations. Engin Kurban began the career at Şişecam and held positions in other organizations, including Export Marketing & Sales Engineer at EMEK ELEKTRİK ENDÜSTRİSİ A.Ş. and Field Service Engineer at PENTA Elektronik Medikal Sistemler A.S. Engin Kurban holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University.
