Prior to this, Serpil worked as an HCM Unit Manager at ACRON CONSULTING, where Serpil gained experience in various areas of HR such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and more. Serpil also has experience as a Senior SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant and SAP HCM Consultant. Serpil G. holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Marmara University and completed their Executive MBA at Istanbul Technical University.
