Lyubomyr Dykyi has a diverse work experience in the technical support and customer service field. Lyubomyr started their career at Zoomsupport as a Customer Support Specialist, where they worked from March 2018 to December 2018. After that, they joined Webitel as a Technical Customer Support Representative and worked there from January 2019 to September 2019. Lyubomyr then moved on to OnApp, where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist L1 from September 2019 to March 2020. Following that, they joined GlobalLogic as a Network Operations Center Engineer in April 2020, where he's currently working. In November 2022, they will start working at Sisense as a Technical Support Specialist.
Lyubomyr Dykyi earned a Master's degree in History from Lviv National University named after I. Franko. Lyubomyr attended this university from 2006 to 2011.
