Carolina has worked in companies such as Sisley Paris, RHC Solutions LTDA, WESCO do Brasil, Sertrading, and Dr. OetkerSão. Their experience includes managing accounts, negotiations, import/export operations, and coordinating logistics and import processes.

Carolina Jorge began their education at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2005, where they studied Business Administration until 2009. Carolina then continued their education at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2013, earning a Certificate in Financial Management in 2014.
