Cristina Mistrot

Cristina Mistrot is an experienced customer experience professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Bubble since January 2024. Previously, Cristina held roles as Customer Experience Manager at hims & hers and Patagonia, contributing to both companies from October 2022 to November 2023 and November 2020 to October 2022, respectively. Additionally, Cristina was the Director of Customer Experience & Community Marketing at Maev, a startup focused on city dog wellness, and served as the Director of Customer Experience at Buffy, where responsibilities included developing policies and employee training. Earlier in the career, Cristina worked at THINX as Head of Customer Experience, overseeing team performance and operational improvements, and held supervisory and managerial roles at Warby Parker, DKNY, and Buffalo Exchange.
