Juan Pablo Bonilla Vaca has had a progressive career in marketing, starting as an Executive Marketing Manager at Grupo Bimbo in 2004. Over the years, they have held various roles such as Brand Marketing Manager at Panda Restaurant Group and Paramount Home Entertainment. Currently, they serve as the Head Of Marketing Communication at Sisley, where they lead marketing strategies for skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance in Mexico. Their responsibilities include developing long-term marketing plans, managing client relationships, and driving integrated communications across key product lines.

Juan Pablo Bonilla Vaca completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences with a focus on Advertising and Marketing from Universidad Anáhuac from 2000 to 2003. Juan Pablo then pursued a Diploma in Marketing as a Commercial and Competitive Strategy at the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 2006 to 2007. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2007-2008.
