John Dicapua

John DiCapua has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John started their career at CBS Radio as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, where they worked for a decade. John then joined TIAA as an IT Manager for seven years. Later, they worked at Comforce Recruitment as a Senior Project Manager, managing a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers. Currently, they are employed at SITA as a Lead Functional Analyst, with responsibilities in business analysis and project management. John also plays roles as a scrum master and product owner in an Agile environment, working on projects related to facial recognition and airport and common use support.
