Michel Guye-Bergeret

Michel Guye-Bergeret has over 20 years of work experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment. Michel has worked in various organizations such as SITA, ICRC, Hopitaux Universitaires de Genève, CERN, Careerplus Group, World Trade Organization, Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited, and the Swiss Armed Forces.

In their most recent role with SITA, Michel serves as the Global Director of Talent Intelligence, EB, Attraction & Acquisition. Prior to that, they worked at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) as the Global Head of Talent Attraction & Employer Branding, where they led a remote team and focused on direct sourcing, talent pipelining, market intelligence, employer branding, global outreach, and online training for the HR community.

Before joining ICRC, Michel was the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Hopitaux Universitaires de Genève. Michel also gained valuable experience working at CERN as an HR Business Partner and Recruiter, managing the entire recruitment process and implementing modern recruitment initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Michel worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Careerplus Group, where they partnered with clients in recruiting Finance/Accounting and HR professionals. Michel also interned at the World Trade Organization and held a management role at Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited. Additionally, Michel served as a Sergent chef in the Swiss Armed Forces.

Throughout their career, Michel Guye-Bergeret has developed a strong skillset in talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment strategy, and candidate assessment.

Michel Guye-Bergeret obtained a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Université de Neuchâtel, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a degree in General Psychology from the University of Geneva, where they studied from 2002 to 2004.
