Renáta Deme has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Renáta started their career in 2010 as an HR Consultant at TESK Personal Consulting Ltd. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Senior HR Sourcing Consultant at Serendi SA. In 2016, they joined Celanese as a Recruitment Lead in collaboration with IBM-Kenexa. Renáta then moved on to Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, where they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Lead in collaboration with Serendi. In 2022, Renáta joined SITA as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner & Team Lead, in partnership with Serendi. Renáta'srole involved managing the account relationship, overseeing daily deliveries, and leading the assigned client team members. Renáta also collaborated with the HR Manager to ensure the personal development of team members. Renáta returned to Serendi in 2022, where they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager, responsible for building trust with clients and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality services.

Renáta Deme holds a Postgraduate Degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from the University of Szeged (2022-2024). Renáta also has a Master's Degree in Hungarian as a Foreign Language from Eötvös Loránd University (2006-2010) and a Master's Degree in Hungarian Language and Literature from the same university (2003-2008). Additionally, Renáta Deme obtained a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in September 2014.
