Rohinee Mohindroo

Rohinee Mohindroo is the current CIO at Sitecore. Rohinee has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, including leading full-stack technology solutions design for Genpact's fastest growing vertical, Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, and Healthcare.

In their previous role as Head of Technology Solutions at Genpact, Rohinee collaborated with client executives to frame technology problem statements & shape solutions that deliver lasting outcomes.

Before joining Genpact, Rohinee was Head of Cognitive Implementations at Amelia, an IPsoft company. In this role, they worked closely with the company's digital labor solution, Amelia, to transform business performance across industries, helping clients optimize existing revenue streams and create new lines of revenue.

Under Rohinee's leadership, the team at Amelia was able to institute continuous improvement initiatives, devise a client survey at the end of 2018 to baseline their Net Promoter Score (NPS), and define a 6-phase Amelia implementation model and account management framework. Thanks to their efforts, Amelia was able to retain up to 80% of clients during a company transformation and improve Amelia’s time to implement for Fortune 100 clients by 15%.

Rohinee Mohindroo has a M.S. in Computer Science from Monmouth University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Monmouth University. Rohinee also has a certification from LinkedIn in Learning RESTful APIs.
