Chuck Cooper

Chuck Cooper has over 30 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Chuck began their career in 1990 as a Computer Programmer/Analyst for Niakwa '88. Chuck then moved to Kallista, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from 1990 to 1993. In 1993, they joined Proamics as a Development Analyst and was quickly promoted to Director of Software Development. In 1999, they moved to Niku and worked as the Vice President of Development/Architect for Financial Applications. In 2003, they joined Washington Mutual as an Enterprise Architect, and then Paylocity as the Director of Software Development. Chuck was quickly promoted to Vice President, then Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. In 2015, they joined GTreasury as Senior Vice President of Product Management and FanRag Sports as an Advisor on the Board of Directors. In 2016, they joined SiteZeus as Senior Full Stack Web Developer, Chief Information Security Officer, Board Member, and former Chief Technology Officer. In 2020, they moved to Asure Software as Senior Principal Architect.

Chuck Cooper obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 1981. In 2013, they earned a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
