Nora Claudias

Nora Claudias has extensive experience in the field of business operations. Nora began their career in 1995 as Business Administration Manager at Rapid Systems Solutions. In 2002, they moved to Impact Innovations Group as Contracts Manager. Nora then joined Summit Solutions LLC in 2005 as Director of Operations, where they were responsible for managing overall business operations and directing and overseeing human resource programs. In 2011, Nora was appointed Director of Business Operations at National Security Partners, LLC. Nora then moved to NuWave Solutions in 2013 as Vice President of Corporate Services. Most recently, Nora began working as Human Resources Compliance Manager at SIXGEN in 2021.

Nora Claudias began their education in 1998 at Howard Community College, where they studied Accounting and Business Management until 2002. In 2002, they transferred to the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they studied Human Resource Development. In 2005, they obtained their Masters Certificate in Government Contracting from The George Washington University School of Business. Finally, in December 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
