Oliver’s background is in food technology and food development, so after years working in restaurants he says it feels like coming home. Ollie can boast The Queen as the most prestigious person he has cooked for and he’s also experienced the rock and roll lifestyle supporting singer David Gray on European tours.

Ollie gained his BSc in Food Science and learned everything else on the job.
