Christopher Santini

Christopher Santini has extensive experience in leadership roles in global support and operations. Christopher is currently the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Vice President of Global Support at Skedulo. Prior to that, they held positions such as Head of Server Support and Head of Cloud Premium Support at Atlassian, where they managed a global team and supported on-premise and premium cloud operations. Christopher also served as the Senior Director of Global Support at DocuSign, where they expanded the support organization and implemented unified platforms and tools. Santini has held leadership positions at Parallels and RealNetworks, and has worked as a consultant at 6C Consulting Group. Christopher started their career at iSeatz.com/V.I. New Media and Travelocity.com, where they played a pivotal role in customer service and operations.

Christopher Santini attended Boston University from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs as well as Modern European History.
