Lee Smith

Lee Smith has a diverse work experience in human resources and career development. They most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at SkilledTradesBC. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at Douglas College, where they also served as the Manager of HR Systems and Compliance. They gained HR expertise as an HRIS Analyst and Talent Management Advisor at TransAlta. They also have experience in executive search and career transitions as a Search and Recruitment Specialist at Cenera. In addition, they worked at the University of Calgary as a Career Consultant and Recruitment Officer, and at Kwantlen Polytechnic University as an Educational Advisor.

Lee Smith completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in English at the University of Victoria in 2003. Later, in 2013, they also earned an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
