Ludger Weller

Ludger Weller has worked in various roles since 1982, beginning their career at Philips Nederland as a Manager. In 1989, they joined Randstad, where they held the positions of Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and Manager. Ludger then moved to Randstad Inhouse Services in 1999 as a Program Manager. In the same year, they became the first employee of an internet startup, Hedson, where they were the Program & ICT Manager. In 2001, they were Program Manager at Yacht, where they were responsible for the merger of different companies under the brandname YACHT. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at Randstad Holding as Program Manager International Business Development. During this time, they were responsible for creating new business in many countries and optimizing organization and work processes within the Randstad operating companies in 20 countries. In 2007, they founded both Starfish Consultancy bv and Byce. At Starfish, they were the Owner, and focused on successful change and development programs in order to achieve organizational and personal growth. At Byce, they were the Owner & Director, and focused on interim management assignments to help its clients in Business Transformation and temporary needs for senior management. In 2014, they joined WCC as VP Key Accounts & Partnerships and VP Client Solutions and Delivery. Most recently, they joined SkillLab in 2021 as Director Key Accounts & Partnerships.

Ludger Weller attained a Master of Science in Social and Organisational Psychology from Utrecht University between 1981 and 1988. In 2009 to 2011, they became a Licensed Trainer in Crucial Communications and Influencer program from VitalSmarts. In 2013, they completed a Registered Digital Marketeer program from Beeckestijn Business School, specializing in Digital Marketing.
