Luis Soto, M.A.

Luis Soto, M.A. has a diverse range of work experience. In 2017, they worked as a Warehouse Associate at Amazon. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Health Insurance Customer Service Agent at Ortiz and Ortiz Insurance Services. In 2019, they joined Robert Half as a Customer Service Representative. Luis also worked as a Student Assistant at Alliant International University-Los Angeles during this time. In 2019, they were a Change Management and Learning and Organizational Development Student Consultant Intern at the Center for Innovation and Change. Luis then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Los Angeles, graduating in 2018. Continuing their academic journey, Luis further specialized in Organizational Psychology at Alliant International University-Los Angeles, where they completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree from 2019 to 2021.
