Henry Varney

Henry Varney started their work experience in 2001 at KPMG as a Senior Manager. Henry then moved on to Skipton Building Society in 2006, where they held various roles including Chief Internal Auditor, General Manager - Business Infrastructure, and Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer, they were responsible for Mortgage Lending and Credit Management, Digital, Change, Technology and Information Security, and Operational Resilience. Henry also served as a Board Director at Jade Software Corporation.

Henry Varney holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in European Studies from the University of Hull. Henry has also obtained certifications in "What Is Generative AI?" and "Coaching Yourself and Your Team from Uncertainty to Action" from LinkedIn, with the former obtained in 2024 and the latter in 2023.
