Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator at Skokie Park District

Jahjah is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. She oversees and executes the payroll function in its entirety, ensuring it is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. Jahjah also assists with benefits administration, recruitment support and the onboarding process for new hires.

Outside of work, Jahjah enjoys a variety of hobbies, including gardening, baking, and hiking. She finds joy in bird watching and values time spent with her family, as well as good food. She loves listening to gospel and country music, and although she doesn't have a favorite sports team, she likes watching tennis and gymnastics.
