Haley McBeath, CSM

Haley McBeath has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Haley is currently working as a QA Manager at SKU IQ since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Artist and Graphic Designer since June 2011.

Haley held the position of QA Manager at SpotOn from September 2021 to March 2022. Before that, Haley worked at Appetize from April 2021 to October 2021 as a QA Manager, from September 2020 to April 2021 as a Lead QA Engineer, from August 2019 to September 2020 as a Senior QA Engineer, and from January 2019 to August 2019 as a QA Engineer.

Haley also gained experience at Hilton Worldwide as a QA Analyst from September 2016 to January 2019. Prior to that, they worked in the gaming industry at Disney Interactive Studios as a Quality Assurance Tester (Contracted) from September 2015 to August 2016, and at Disney Consumer Products as a Senior QA Tester (Contracted) from February 2015 to September 2015.

Additionally, they have worked at Beauty Mantra as an Administrative Assistant from January 2014 to February 2015, and at Disney Interactive Studios as a QA Lead (Contracted) from August 2013 to December 2013, and as a QA Tester (Contracted) from June 2012 to August 2013.

Haley McBeath, CSM, has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from UC Santa Barbara, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Haley then pursued further education at the College of the Canyons from 2012 to 2014, focusing on Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects. In addition to their academic qualifications, Haley McBeath has obtained several certifications. These include "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" from Scrum Alliance in October 2020, "Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E)" from LinkedIn in November 2021, "Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O)" from Scrum Alliance in September 2021, and "How to Be More Inclusive" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
