Manny Ayala

Manny Ayala is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in fostering high-impact ventures. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Endeavor Philippines since December 2014, Manny focuses on helping entrepreneurs access networks and capital to drive economic growth and innovation. Manny also co-founded Hatchd Inc. in 2010 and has served as a Board Trustee at the University of Asia and the Pacific since June 2017. Additional board roles include Directorships at Energy Development Corporation and Sky Cable, along with previous positions at First Metro Investment Corporation and IRG Ltd. Notable past roles include Head of Programming & Strategy at Discovery Communications and Vice President at Turner Broadcasting. Manny holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.
