Tom Sofo

Thomas Sofo has extensive experience in legal and contract management, currently serving as General Counsel and Director of Contracts at Sky Solutions since January 2023. Previously, Thomas held similar roles at Golden Key Group, LLC from May 2020 to December 2022, and at CNSI as Vice President of Contracts and Senior Corporate Counsel from February 2015 to July 2019. Additional experience includes serving as General Counsel for 7 Delta, Inc., NJVC-LLC, and Apptis Holdings, Inc., with tenure spanning from 2002 to 2014. Thomas Sofo obtained a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Rochester.
