Michael Johns has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Michael is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Skydance. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Warner Bros. Discovery and as a Senior Technical Recruiter/Technical Sourcer at TechLink Resources, Inc. Michael also has experience as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Genesis Staffing/Ivy League Staffing.

Michael Johns holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
