Simon Tuddenham

Simon Tuddenham has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Simon is currently serving as Chief of Product Success, UK & Europe at Skyjed since November 2022. In 2023, they are also a Featured Speaker at Product School.

Prior to this, Simon worked as a Product Management Consultant at the University of Surrey from January 2022 to July 2022. In this role, they played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the Product Management capability at the university. Simon engaged the concept of Product Management across the organization and IT team, researched and recommended a Product Roadmap software, and defined the roles of Product Owner and Product Manager. Simon also set up a Community of Practice and implemented a Demand Intake, Discovery, and Flow framework.

Before that, Simon served as the Head of Technical Product Management at Emirates from June 2019 to December 2021. Simon was responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of product management at the company.

Simon's previous experience includes serving as the Group Technology Product Management & Strategy Director at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP from July 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they led, shaped, and transformed the Platform Product team, enhancing the operating model and creating a world-class product team.

From 2012 to 2017, Simon worked at Walmart Global eCommerce as a Group Product Manager. Simon started as the Product Owner for one of the offshore development teams and eventually led the WalmartLabs Product team in the UK. Simon was responsible for the Asda/Walmart product roadmap for the fashion brand and Asda fulfillment service.

Simon's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Business Analyst at Asda Stores Ltd from February 2009 to February 2012. Simon began their career at Miller Brothers in 2000, starting as the Accounts Receivable Manager but later transitioned to roles with closer links to the IT function. Simon ultimately became the Business Systems Manager, overseeing various projects and improvements.

Simon's work experience dates back to their role as Treasury and Payables Manager at Green Flag from 1997 to 1999.
