Kyle Monahan

Kyle Monahan has a diverse work experience history. Kyle started their career in 2017 as an Electrical Technician at Acculogic and also worked on various projects at UC Irvine, including being an Undergraduate Researcher and participating in the UCI Aircraft Design Project and UCI HyperXite initiatives. In 2019, they joined the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) as a Senior Combat Systems Analyst before transitioning to their current role as a GNC Systems Engineer at Skyryse in 2023.

Kyle Monahan attended UC Irvine from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. In addition to their degree, Kyle Monahan has also achieved several certifications in the field of aviation. Kyle obtained the Private Aircraft Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in June 2020, followed by the Instrument Airplane certification in October 2021. Most recently, in February 2022, Kyle Monahan obtained the Commercial Aircraft Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
